2016 Nimitz Leadership Award
A no-host cocktails reception period, i.e., pay as you go, will begin at 1830.
Dinner will commence at 1930 followed by the presentation of the 2016 Nimitz Leadership Award and remarks by General Hagee.
A. Chicken Piccata – sautéed, served on a bed of herb rice pilaf; seasonal vegetables; lemon caper compound butter; cost - $ 55 per person
B. Shrimp and Crab – four jumbo shrimp stuffed with jumbo lump crab meat dressing, served with roasted sweet potato puree and steamed broccoli, finished with choron sauce; cost - $ 66 per person
C. Sea Bass – sautéed, served on a bed of wild mushrooms with balsamic glazed young onions, scallop soufflé potatoes, finished in champagne beurre blanc; cost - $ 70 per person

Warm liquid Chocolate Center Cake, served with Chocolate Rum Sauce and topped with Vanilla Ice Cream
