Cancellation Policy: Congress registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 25 September 2023.

We have received word that SECNAV has approved the RADM Tom Brown Award and hopes to present it during our SDIEGO Congress. The venue will be RADM Brown's prior command, the USS MIDWAY museum ship in San Diego. The MIDWAY event will be in lieu of the tour of the Air and Space Museum after the trip to MCRD. Marty Brown will be there along with other family members.

Because of the change in our schedule and due to the historic nature of the "first presentation" of the Award, we are waiving the late registration fee. Anyone who registers before the Congress may register at the $395 rate covering all events. As of today, the hotel still has rooms available for Congress attendees at the new Per Diem rate of $194.
