About Rooms and Rates:

The “Element Philadelphia Downtown” has created a block of 40 rooms (20 singles, 20 doubles) at the discounted rate of $195 ($228 with tax) for Naval Order Companions for the nights of Tuesday, October 14 (arrive) through Saturday, October 18 (depart Sunday).

The hotel has extended the Congress rate for a block of 10 rooms to accommodate Companions who plan to attend the Navy Ball on Saturday, October 11.
