Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees may be refunded as follows: 100% refund until 1 August; 75% until 15 September 2026; after 1 October no refunds will be made due to contractual commitments.
The Congress will be held at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach, at 14 Via De Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, Florida. Reservations for the Congress hotel can be extended before and after the Congress to accommodate a number of activities as well.
Please consider registering for the 2026 annual Congress and making reservations for accommodations at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you!
